STORE POLICY

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales made on the website and in store are final sale. We here at Urban Accents have a huge product line and carry numerous items also through our catalogues. We do not stock inventory on all items due to cost of stocking fee (one way we can provide competitive prices on our products). Therefore, once an order has been placed, it is specially ordered for the customer and hence there are no returns or exchanges. However, if any item is damaged, we will replace the damaged part or give you a brand new piece depending on the damage. 

 

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS AND PRE ORDER ITEMS

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your oder should you need to cancel or modify it. Once the order has been processed by our order and shipping department or by the manufacturer, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order. 

 

Pre order items take between 2-4 weeks to be ready depending on the item. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We recognize the importance of the privacy and security of our customer information. All personal information given to us is confidential. We are committed to protecting any personal information that is received. We use your personal informational from time to time if we need to provide any information about our business or any changes to our company. If you tell us you no longer wish to receive any information from our company, we will simply remove you from our mailing list. 

 

When placing an order online, your credit card will only be charged once we have confirmed your order and lead time along with the appropriate shipping charges if applicable.

 

FREE IN STORE PICK-UP
 

When your goods are ready for pick up, you will be contacted by our warehouse manager  to arrange a suitable date and time for pick-up. Our store is located at 133 Romina Drive in Vaughan, ON.

 

 

SHIPPING:

When processing your order, we select the quickest and most cost effective carrier for you. The one we choose for a given order or item depends on your location and the size of your order.

                        

Canada Post & Canpar handles shipments bound for Canada under 66lbs (and with a dimensional size* of up to 117 inches).

 

Purolator handles shipments bound for Canada from 66lbs to 150lbs (and with a dimensional size of up to 217 inches).

 

Our Specialty Carrier Partner handles shipments bound for Canada over 150lbs.

                    

DELIVERY:


**ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA**

Subject to a charge at checkout depending on the area it is being delivered to

 

Option 1: Regular Delivery

This includes delivery of items into main floor

Set-up and packaging removal not included


Option 2: White-Glove Delivery

This includes the following:

  • Delivery of items into the room (s) of choice

  • Complete set-up of furniture

  • Packaging removal and disposal        

                

                    

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 weeks of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

                    

 

Prior to Delivery

 

Prior to placing an order with us, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the measurement of any entryways and/or rooms to ensure that the furniture will fit.

In the event that an item does not fit, the delivery fee will not be refunded. All items will still be subject to Iconic Furniture’s return policy. If items need to be scheduled for re-delivery, a delivery fee will be charged.


Upon Delivery

 

Customers are required to sign an acceptance form at the time of delivery/pick up which confirms that your item is free of damage or defects.

Should you notice that your item is damaged, you must inform our delivery team who will see to address the issue immediately.
