You deserve to feel good about your purchase. That’s why we will match our local competitors’ price on the spot if you find a lower price for the same product. We match Product for Product, Price for Price and Service for Service! You get “Our Best Price Always!”

As always, if you find a lower price on a new, identical product advertised for less at any other furniture gallery or web site for less within 14 days after you’re In Your Home Furnishings purchase, please call us at 905-660-4669 and we will match the price. Please be prepared to fax or email a copy of the advertisement when you call or email. If you email please send your name along with your invoice number to service@urbanaccentscanada.com and the price you would like us to match.

An item is considered identical if, among other factors, it carries an identical manufacturer’s U.P.C. and identical warranty. Please note that shipping and handling charges will be factored into the price match when comparing competitor’s catalog or Internet Price.

Price Guarantee Conditions

• The identical item must be new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars.
• The Urban Accents Price Guarantee does not apply to as-is items, limited quantity items, limited time offers, discontinued or exclusive items, rewards or points programs, commercial and/or builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, errors, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailer aggregator sites, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.
• The Price Guarantee applies only to reasonable quantities for personal household use.
• We do not match prices offered on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and/or Boxing Day. In When coupons or rebates are offered, the price guarantee amount will be based on the net price after these deductions are made. Urban Accent’s Lowest Price Guarantee does not cover local/special events (i.e. Grand Openings, Closeouts, Clearances, Anniversary Sales, Going out of Business Sale, etc…), Internet auction sites, 3rd party services providers or their products, or typographical errors.
• In order to qualify, the item must be available for purchase. Price can only be matched for the same quality specified by the competitor. If price is advertised, “While supplies last,” price will only be honored if the competitor still has the item in stock.
